Shipping Policy for Posh Personal Shopper
At Posh Personal Shopper, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our process and what to expect when placing an order.
1. Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively within South Africa using the following trusted courier services:
• PostNet
• Pep
• Aramex
We ensure your items are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
2. Delivery Timeframes
• In-stock items: If your item is available immediately, delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Preorder items: If your item requires a preorder, delivery will take 7-30 days to arrive in South Africa. Once your item arrives, we will process it for local delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of R109 for all orders, regardless of location within South Africa.
4. Order Tracking
For every order, we provide a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. You will receive this information via your preferred contact method, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Insurance
We strongly recommend that customers opt for insurance with the courier companies, which is 10% of the total shipping fee. This insurance ensures that, in the unfortunate event of a lost package, you can claim your money back directly through the courier service. Posh Personal Shopper is not liable for lost parcels if insurance is not purchased.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including their name, phone number, and nearest PostNet location. If incorrect information is provided and results in a delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reattempt delivery.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances with courier services may cause delays. In such cases, we will work with the courier service to resolve any issues. However, Posh Personal Shopper is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, you may claim compensation through the courier service if you have opted for insurance. We will provide all necessary documentation to assist with your claim.
