You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred item, size, and colour. If your order is urgent or you would like to confirm availability before purchasing, you may contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

Our items are designer-inspired and are independently sourced. We focus on providing high-quality, well-crafted pieces inspired by luxury designs, offering a premium look and feel at accessible prices. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any luxury brands.

If your preferred size or colour is not immediately available, we may be able to place a back order on your behalf. Back orders typically take approximately two weeks, although in some cases items may arrive sooner, depending on supplier availability.

Once your item is ready for dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. We use a trusted courier company which is PostNet.

We offer exchanges only, not refunds. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your item and are accepted only if the item is faulty. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Exchanges are subject to supplier availability.

Items are not insured by default. If you would like insurance added to your delivery, please let us know before dispatch. Insurance is charged at 30% of the item value.
