Refund and Exchange Policy
At Posh Personal Shopper we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide the option for exchanges, subject to specific conditions based on the type of item. Our policy is designed to maintain fairness and ensure the quality of our products for all customers.
Items Eligible for Exchange
1. Clothing:
• Exchanges are allowed for the exact same item only (e.g., same size, color, and design).
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
2. Shoes and Other Goods:
• Exchanges are permitted provided the item has not been worn and is returned in its original condition within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
• Underwear and Swimwear: Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-exchangeable.
Packaging and Courier Handling
While we take great care to ensure all items are packaged securely and dispatched in perfect condition, we cannot control how courier companies handle the packaging during transit. If a package arrives in poor condition due to courier handling, customers are encouraged to take the matter up directly with the courier company or the customer can pay extra for bubble wrapping and a box to protect the packaging.
Additional Notes
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
