Once an item is confirmed that its available immediately, shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically, orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please contact us to confirm whether we ship to your location and for details on international shipping rates.

In the rare case of a shipping delay or lost package, please contact us immediately. We will work closely with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure your item is delivered and we also do encourage customers to pay for insurance for their parcels via Postnet courier company. Insurance is 10% of the total value of your items.

Payments

You can make payments securely through our website using various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile payment options. If you prefer direct banking, you can contact us via WhatsApp, and we will provide you with our banking details.

Yes, we offer the option to pay via direct bank transfer. Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp, and we’ll forward our banking details for a smooth transaction.

Returns

Refund and Exchange Policy

At Posh Personal Shopper we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide the option for exchanges, subject to specific conditions based on the type of item. Our policy is designed to maintain fairness and ensure the quality of our products for all customers.

Items Eligible for Exchange
1. Clothing:
• Exchanges are allowed for the exact same item only (e.g., same size, color, and design).
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
2. Shoes and Other Goods:
• Exchanges are permitted provided the item has not been worn and is returned in its original condition within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
• Underwear and Swimwear: Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-exchangeable.

Packaging and Courier Handling

While we take great care to ensure all items are packaged securely and dispatched in perfect condition, we cannot control how courier companies handle the packaging during transit. If a package arrives in poor condition due to courier handling, customers are encouraged to take the matter up directly with the courier company. Another option is to pay extra for the courier company to do bubble wrapping and also put the packaging in another box to ensure that the packaging is protected.

Additional Notes
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
