If an item is not immediately available, a back order may be placed on your behalf.

• A deposit is required to secure back-ordered items

• The remaining balance is payable once the item arrives, before delivery

• Back orders typically take approximately two weeks, although some items may arrive sooner depending on supplier availability

• Estimated timelines will be communicated once confirmed with the supplier
